As opposed to the more cost effective and widely used auto-press method of printing, we embrace the manual press, the human hand and eye, and the squeegee in order to produce a product that reflects qualities of human creation. In a society that is constantly moving towards machines, perfection, and the removal of human involvement, Brooklyn Renaissance splinters off toward artistic rawness, imperfection and the preservation of man-made artistry. The Gallery section of the company gives customers the opportunity to be apart of the lifestyle brand BKR, with art and design inspired pieces from paintings, t-shirts, hoodies, and other textile and novelty items.
